We have our own die correction department, for which we use the latest CAD environments. This allows us to achieve complex profile geometries to precision according to your specifications.

With our efficient machine park, we realise your product in series. In this way, we guarantee the highest product quality and fit accuracy for your aluminium profile.

As a renowned manufacturer of aluminium profiles, we consider ourselves an integrated solutions partner. We will manufacture your customised aluminium profile in Europe according to the local environmental standards and quality standards. We also recycle process scrap in-house, which is turned into new alu-profiles.

Remelting
We recycle aluminium process scrap in-house, which we use to manufacture new aluminium profiles.
Extrusion
Capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year at two production plants
6 extrusion presses from 8 MN to 35 MN
Alloys: ENAW 6060, ENAW 6063, ENAW 6005A, ENAW 6082; further alloys on request
Fabrication
Do you require complicated aluminium components? We mechanically process aluminium profiles with lengths up to 14.5 metres according to your specifications.
Surface finishing
Anodising facilities with an annual volume of 7 million m²: Pressed aluminium profiles up to 8 metres & layer thicknesses from 5 to 25 μm
Powder coating with an annual volume of 1 million m²
Packaging & logistics
We carry out the packaging and logistics for our customers.
