Mengtai Group Successfully Completes Acquisition of Alu Menziken Extrusion AG
We are pleased to announce that our shareholder, Mengtai Group, has completed the acquisition of Alu Menziken Extrusion AG. This strategic decision enhances its presence in the European aluminum industry.
With the integration of Alu Menziken and apt Group, there are now seven production sites across Europe, offering a wide range of aluminum solutions – from lightweight construction and e-battery components to surface finishing and component assembly. Both companies bring years of expertise in aluminum processing. Together, they combine their strengths to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions along the entire value chain for customers in the automotive and transportation, construction and infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
